Just to say thanks very much for your speedy response with the housecoat for my mum for Christmas. This was after her disappointment at trying to access one from another retailer who sent her the completely wrong garment. I like your website and found it very user friendly in terms of searching and of leaving delivery instructions.

I am astonished by the rapid and excellent service - a custom made slip which is a modification of one of you standard designs arriving the day after I ordered it - outstanding. And the 35" slip is just right for long dresses - thank you so much.
The other two items, not your own manufacture, are also just what I was looking for. Thank you for the patient and helpful advice on the phone on the tricky problem of bra sizing! Well worth it as the bra does fit and looks a very nice shape under the two dresses I wanted it for.

I ordered two front-opening bras, which were dispatched to me very quickly, but unfortunately they were too small. When I phoned I was given very corteous suggestions as to the proper size I should try, and was advised to return the merchandise. If it still was not correct, I could exchage it again. When I was struggling to find bras last year, my husband found your site and he contacted you and you were most helpful as my size is a bit odd as I have a very broad back and need longer shoulder straps than normal, you helped sort the problem by suggesting what bra to try, hey presto it fit perfectly and was thrilled to bits to have a bra that fit me properly instead of too tight and huge cups.
My husband and I are both walking disabled for various reason's and it really is a pleasure to deal with a company like you, and indeed yourself.

Quite apart from making a longer slip for me, the delivery arrangements you made were both efficient and exceptional in my experience. I buy a great deal on the web, both personally and for work. Often one finds that, whilst the required item is in stock, there are no arrangements in place for different delivery methods. This is frustrating, particulary when one is prepared to pay a little extra to actually get ones hands on the item!
In difficult times such as we find ourselves now, the level of service you provide should help stand your company in good stead.
