Just to say thank you very much for my specially made culotte slip which arrived first thing this a.m. They fit a treat and I am extremely pleased with the quality and how quick I received them. I have already given your details to a couple of my massage client ladies who are very interested - we seem to have legs that tend to rub together ha ha!!

I am writing to say that I received the extra long full length slip that you
made for me on Saturday, only one day after our conversation and placing my
order, I was extremely impressed at the speed of the service and I am very
pleased with it, it's perfect to wear with a summer dress in this hot
summer weather. I will be ordering a skirt length cotton slip.
Also very impressed that you stock the natural colour of sloggi pants which I have found very difficult to find anywhere else too.

First of all do let me say how delighted I am with ther Playtex girdle, safely received on Friday.
Second may I say "thank you" for such very efficient service, especially to the lady on the telephone.
I telephoned on :
Saturday 12th June - asked for brochure.
Wednesday 16th June - brochure received.
Thursday 17th June - telephoned and placed order.
Friday 18th June - goods arrived.
Really I am absolutely delighted, as I have worn this particular girdle for many years and have been unable to find another source, until now.

Diane, all goods arrived this morning, so thank you for your speedy response.
The posture corrector bra in particular is brilliant - it's extremely comfortable (you'd think it was made especially for me) and it has even helped with my shoulder problems. It will get lots of wear on my upcoming trip!

I would like to commend Suzanne Charles for the excellent service that I received from you. I ordered two front-opening bras, which were dispatched to me very quickly, but unfortunately they were too small. When I phoned I was given very corteous suggestions as to the proper size I should try, and was advised to return the merchandise. If it still was not correct, I could exchage it again. I was very imprssed to receive the new bras by return mail (with no extra charge for postage). The bras fit perfectly. I will certainly order from you again.

Diane, You certainly can use my comments for your testimonials, it would be a pleasure as you have helped me so much. When I was struggling to find bras last year, my husband found your site and he contacted you and you were most helpful as my size is a bit odd as I have a very broad back and need longer shoulder straps than normal, you helped sort the problem by suggesting what bra to try, hey presto it fit perfectly and was thrilled to bits to have a bra that fit me properly instead of too tight and huge cups.
My husband and I are both walking disabled for various reason's and it really is a pleasure to deal with a company like you, and indeed yourself.

Thanks for the order for three kaftan style nightdresses which arrived very promptly this morning. I had searched the net for something long, loose fitting and pretty in a soft jersey fabric and these fit the bill exactly. Price very reasonable too especially with p&p included.

Just a brief note to tell you that I received my purchases this morning, and am delighted with them!
Quite apart from making a longer slip for me, the delivery arrangements you made were both efficient and exceptional in my experience. I buy a great deal on the web, both personally and for work. Often one finds that, whilst the required item is in stock, there are no arrangements in place for different delivery methods. This is frustrating, particulary when one is prepared to pay a little extra to actually get ones hands on the item!
In difficult times such as we find ourselves now, the level of service you provide should help stand your company in good stead.
