Cancer Research UK  Post-Surgery Comfort Bra

Suzanne Charles are happy to introduce the Cancer Research UK Post- Surgery Comfort Bra developed by cancer research to help patients.

Made from a super soft knitted fabric. seamless design, the bra offers the ultimate in comfort and support. The wide, fully adjustable straps and front hook and eye fastenings ensure a perfect fit.

Suitable for use after a mastectomy, lumpectomy, lymph node removal, or breast reconstruction. A lined pocket with removable pads also provides space to add a prothesis, if desired. It's also designed to be comfortable for everyday wear for non-patients, too.

The main fabric is derived from natural bamboo that's soft against sensitive skin, as well as being breathable, moisture wicking, and antibacterial. Ideal for all day and long-term wear.

Care Instructions: 

  • Delicate machine washable at up to 40°C
  • Wash deep colours separately
  • Do not tumble dry, iron, bleach, or dry clean

Colours: White, Black, Blush

Sizes: S-10, M-12, L-14, XL-16, XXL-18

Content: 72% viscose derived from bamboo, 22% polyamide, 6% elastane

I compared other post surgery bras from well known underwear shops and the bras from Cancer Research are the most comfortable out of them all, and comparable in price.

This is the most comfortable bra I have ever had since my surgery in 2015! I have a whole drawer full of bras that I can wear for a short time but have never found one that's comfortable enough to wear all the time.

Excellent garment with one small problem for me, The straps are detachable and I find that one has a tendency to come undone during wear - it hasn’t prevented me buying a second one though. It’s the most comfortable one I have found up to date.

These bras are very comfortable and perfect after surgery . They would have got 5 stars but there was a rough edge near the fastening which has improved with washing! Thank you Suzanne Charles

Not used it yet but tried it on obviously 😊Feels lovely; fits well and very soft too. Can't wait to wear it after the operation. Will definitely order again.
