Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit cards and Cheque payment. You may send your credit card information via phone, mail or over the Internet.
We accept credit card payment from EU and International shoppers. Place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Please note a small charge may be taken by your card provider for the currency conversion.
Please note that delivery is by Royal Mail and delays can occur beyond our control. Card payments are automatically processed at the time of the order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
When you open an account with us you will be able to earn loyalty points. For every pound you spend you will earn one point. When you have 100 points or more you will be able to use them against your next purchase. 100 points will give you a saving of £5. The points have a time limit of 12 months to be used. If they are not used within this time they will be deleted from your account.
